  • We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours.
  • We answer within 15 days.
  • A warning, mute or suspension can be appealed within 30 days of it. Someone reviews it again and either upholds it or overturns it; an overturned mute or suspension is lifted at once.
  • Playmez has no money in and no money out, so no grievance is about payments: points have no cash value.

Account suspended?

Appeal within 30 days of the suspension. Your password proves the account is yours; it is checked and never stored with the appeal.
