Delete your account

For playmez.com and the Playmez Android app. The same account works on both.

What happens

  • You are signed out on every device straight away, and other players see you as Deleted player.
  • 24 hours later we delete your account and everything attached: points and their ledger, match history, achievements, leaderboard places, friends, clubs you own, chat messages, reports and notification settings.
  • Tables you hosted stay for the other players, without your name.
  • Copies in our database backups disappear within 30 days.
  • Your username becomes free for someone else to take.

Other ways to ask

In the app, open Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, write to anupchaudhary1021@gmail.com with your username. Games played inside a partner app are deleted through that partner. See the privacy policy for everything we keep and why.
