Terms of service

By playing on playmez.com, in the Playmez app or in a Playmez game inside a partner app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

You must be at least 18 years old. Some games resemble casino games, and you are responsible for playing only where that is allowed for you.

• Points are virtual, are earned only by playing, and have no cash value.
• Points cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value, on Playmez or anywhere else.
• Playmez is not gambling: you never stake or win money. Any offer to trade Playmez points or accounts for value is a scam and breaks these terms.
• We may adjust, reset or remove points, for example to correct errors or undo cheating.

• One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Guest accounts need no sign-up and are deleted after 7 days without play. Create an account to keep your progress.
• Pick a username and display name that do not impersonate anyone or offend others. We may change or remove ones that do.
• You can delete your account at any time on the delete account page.

Every result is decided on our servers from a seed that is committed before play and revealed after, so anyone can check it on the fair play page. When you play, do not:

• use bots, scripts, modified clients or anything that plays or calculates for you;
• collude with other players, share cards or hands, or run several accounts at one table;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or attack, overload or probe our servers.

Be decent. Do not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; post hate, sexual content, spam or links to scams; share anyone's personal information; or break the law. Use Report on any message or player that does.

We may delete messages, mute, suspend or ban accounts, and remove points when we believe these terms were broken, usually after reviewing reports. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Partners can show Playmez games inside their own apps and websites. These terms cover the game; the partner's terms cover the rest of their app, including any rewards they choose to give you.

• Playmez is free and provided as is. We work to keep it running and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or keep every feature.
• The Playmez name, design, games and code belong to us. You may share links and screenshots, but not copy the service.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost points or progress, or for anything other players or partners do. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes, and we tell signed-in players in the app about significant changes before they take effect. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away protections the law of your own country gives you. Questions: anupchaudhary1021@gmail.com.
